Affordable Counselling in the Bridgend area
Thinking about going for Counselling can be quite daunting at first. I hope that this section gives you a little bit of insight into counselling and what to expect.
The first thing to remember is that the time with me as your counsellor is your time and space where we work together with what you want to bring to that session.
Each session happens weekly and lasts for an hour. This can be either face to face or online. I don`t work over the phone.
I work in a relational way that is confidential and ethical. I`m interested in you!
During our first meeting I will ask some questions to find out more about you and will discuss further with you what you feel you need and how counselling works.
The cost of each session is £40

A Bit About Me
Affordable Therapy in Bridgend and surrounding areas
I`ve been a therapist for 9 years and have varied experience which includes working with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression and relational issues.
I live in Cardiff but work from Tondu near Bridgend. I also see some clients online, although I prefer to work face to face. I`ve also got another job as a church minister and I love working with people who have a Christian faith, but also those with no faith. I live with my doggy Miracle.
